Licensed Process Servers by the 5th Judicial Court of Florida.  Process Servers pass a mandatory state background check and carry a bond with the 5th Judicial Court of Florida.  In Lake County, service of process of non enforceable writs is performed by private process servers (in/out of state) and the Lake County Sheriff (in state pleadings only).

Our service area is Lake County Florida. Lake County is a mostly rural county with relatively higher elevations than other parts of Florida.  Average elevation is 85 feet above sea level.  Total square miles is 1,157 with a population of 346,017 (2017).  Population levels differ drastically between winter and summer due to the number of retirees who return to the north every spring.
